Order Caller — Chrome Extension

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the Order Caller Chrome extension ("Extension") collects, uses, and protects user data. The Extension is operated by Quản Lý Đơn ("we", "us").
2. Data We Collect
The Extension collects and processes the following data:
- Authentication tokens: Your GHN session token (read from your active nhanh.ghn.vn browser session) and your quanlydon.vn JWT access token.
- Recipient information: Name and phone number of shipping order recipients, retrieved from the GHN API based on order codes you provide.
- Order codes: The shipping order codes you enter into the Extension.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To look up recipient contact information from GHN order codes.
- To upload order and contact data to quanlydon.vn for outbound call management.
- To persist your session state locally so you don't lose work when the popup closes.
4. Data Storage
- Local storage: Authentication tokens, last entered order codes, and job state are stored locally in your browser using
chrome.storage.local.
- Server storage: Uploaded batches (order codes, recipient names, phone numbers, call type) are stored on quanlydon.vn servers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. Data is only transmitted to:
- nhanh-api.ghn.vn — to retrieve recipient information using your existing GHN session.
- api.quanlydon.vn — to authenticate your account and upload call batches.
6. Data Security
All data transmissions use HTTPS encryption. The Extension does not store your GHN login credentials — it only reads the session token from your already-authenticated browser session. Your quanlydon.vn password is never stored locally; only the JWT token is retained.
7. Your Rights
- You can clear all locally stored data by removing the Extension from Chrome.
- You can request deletion of your data on quanlydon.vn by contacting us.
- You can revoke GHN access at any time by logging out of nhanh.ghn.vn.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
